GLG Capital investors are professional, steadfast, and knowledgeable in closing transactions. Capital requests are approved based on current equity (loan to value), sponsorship quality and investment, and exit strategy.

Business & Finance professional with over 40 years of experience in domestic and international business development. Focus in 2026 will be financing CRE/ABL with alternative lending alternatives in Bridge, Mezzanine, Preferred Debt, Construction, Hybrid, and Agency Finance products.
Extensive experience underwriting and executing commercial real estate debt and equity transactions, including CMBS / RMBS / ABS. Experienced in analysis of SFR Lux, Multi-Family, Hospitality, Office, Industrial, and Mobile Home Parks. We also understand Vertical & Horizontal construction.
History includes working in business development, logistics, finance, management, and boards of non-profits, fundraising and executive board advisory.
